Week 3 brings us a match on Mar 3rd where Cork City hosts UCD at Turner’s Cross in a meeting of these two closely matched Premier Division teams. They’re hoping to improve on their recent performance, having earned only 8 points in their last 10 matches, while in their last match, 7th placed UCD, recorded a 2-3 loss against Sligo Rovers. Alex Nolan struck first for UCD in the 5th minute on a feed from Bishop, then in the 21st minute, Frank Liivak sent in a beautiful pass which was converted by Max Mata But fortunately they were able to complete the comaback in the 82nd minute on a penalty goal by Max Mata. They’re hoping to improve on their recent performance, having lost 1 of their last 10.
