Week 33 brings us a match on Aug 27th, where Ismaily will travel to Cairo to battle ENPPI in a clash of the Premier League. Weather on match day is looking like a cloudy but hot day with daytime temperatures of 33 degrees, which hopefuly doesnt affect the pace of the match. ENPPI is fresh off their 0-1 loss against El Geish. Mohamed Gaber struck first for El Geish in the 16th minute, and that single goal was all that was necessary as neither team could manage any more scoring In the end, ENPPI was frustrated by El Geish’s defence and couldn’t put any tallies on the board. El Geish ended the match with the shutout victory. ENPPI looks to improve on their recent performance, having earned only 9 points in their last 10 matches, while ismaily is fresh off their 0-0 scoreless draw against Al Ahly. Al Ahly had 2 on net, and Ismaily had 10, but no one could beat the goalie, and the game ended in a 0-0 draw,. With 18 points in their last 10 matches Ismaily should be reasonably happy with their performance.
On the 26th of April, Ismaily hosted ENPPI in their last match together. ENPPI was victorious by a score of 2 to 0. Okoye Ebuka scored the first goal for ENPPI in the 68th minute, then Emad added another in the 5th minute of the second half’s stoppage time on a feed from Okoye Ebuka In the end, Ismaily was frustrated by ENPPI’s defence and couldn’t put any tallies on the board. ENPPI ended the match with the shutout victory.
Ahmed Madbouli and Magdi are the top scorers for Ismaily in the last five matches, but unfortunately they only have one goal. It’s hard to imagine having success with those stats. ENPPI’s most prolific scorer has been John Okoye Ebuka. He has netted 3 goals over the last 5 matches.
